When I was a young boy I used to love to play with words, words that rhymed and sounded good together, but I never put them in a form like a lyric or a poem. When I was a young man I ran a ranch in Wyoming. One beautiful snowy day I sat down and wrote a song I called, WINDS OF SUMMER. I thought it was pretty good, and I enjoyed writing a completed lyric. That was the first song I ever wrote, and I’ve written a lot of songs since then. I love classical music, and ballads, and my favorite singer is still Dean Martin.
