Henry Baggs Jr.

Henry Baggs has a strong faith in God, and he testifies to that faith in his poems and songs. Henry says that “God is with me every time I write,” and he has been writing Gospel, Rhythm-and-Blues and Country songs since he was a teenager. He’s played keyboards for many years and then about 5 years ago, he taught himself to play guitar. Numerous awards for his poems have come from the International Library of Poetry, and HillTop has worked with Mr. Baggs to arrange and record several of his finest songs including one for the Holidays titled, I GOT THE HOLIDAY FEVER. Al Green, Kenny Rogers, James Brown and Willie Nelson are his favorite singers. And his biggest supporters are his wife Alma, his kids, his other family members and his friends.
